For my class that I’m taking I’ve chosen culinary photography for my final project. I will admit it is not the easiest. Cooking and taking pictures simultaneously is a bit tricky. Pancake #1 was an unfortunate casualty and ended up getting tossed. Opps! The first time I tried to take pictures we made pizzas on the grill. They… were… so… good! But unfortunately once the charcoal was ready, things started happened REALLY fast and I completely forgot to take pictures of the second half of the process. Hehehe. It didn’t dawn on me until I took my last bite of arugula, fresh mozzarella, and prosciutto pizza that I forgot to take the pictures!  :/ But I was focused for these pancakes!
