I am posting our California trip a little out of order,  but that’s ok!  Yesterday I posted the photos from the Carmel Mission.  I drove past the Mission on my way out of town,  and so now I need to show you the pictures that I took while IN downtown Carmel.

Carmel is an awesome place to spend the afternoon.  It reminds me of Middleburg but RIGHT on a beautiful beach!  I had a very leisurely afternoon eating lunch at a fabulous Greek restaurant,  walking along the white sand beach,  and doing some window shopping.  Oh,  and taking pictures of course.  ;)

This was probably one of my favorite shops in Carmel,  Paloosh.  Awesome clothing!

  I LOVE succulents… and palm trees… and California was LOADED with both!  :)

I know…  I ended up taking quite a few pictures of the beautiful trees on the beach.
