As a photographer it breaks my heart a little bit when clients only want a disc of images.  Probably because I know what happened when I thought I only wanted a disc of our wedding pictures.  We posted some online to share with family and friends and then the disc went into a drawer.  Sadly,  it wasn’t until about 2 years later that we actually did anything with our beautiful pictures!  This is why I encourage people to invest in prints, photo books, or canvas wraps vs a disc of images.  My clients have invested their time and money into their photo sessions and the last thing I want is for their pictures to be left in a drawer.  I want to provide an end result that is is something they can enjoy everyday as well as something they can hand down to future generations.

So you can imagine how much I love it when clients decide to order prints to display on their walls and make cards/announcements using their pictures!  It is so exciting to see my clients sharing their pictures with family and friends!  When David and Kate told me they were having birth announcements made using one of Jack’s pictures I knew immediately I needed one to have in my office.  :) They were kind enough to send me an extra card and I LOVE it.

Several people have used their pictures for announcements, save-the-dates, and holiday cards.  Next year I will be adding these cards and announcements to the product line.  One of the many changes to come!  :)  But anyway…  Here is Jack’s awesome birth announcement!
