Connie + Jerry Part 1| Belle Grove Portrait Session | Warrenton Photographer

Yes…  I’m blogging on my Birthday.  :)  To be perfectly honest,  I love photography and there isn’t anything I’d rather do than share beautiful pictures with my friends and family!

Well I think Sunday evening was the windiest day I’ve had to photograph in a LONG time.  The wind certainly makes it a challenge,  especially when you clients have amazing hair like Connie!  It was quite a scene…  Connie and Jerry would be in the perfect pose,  I’d raise my camera up to snap the shot,  and without fail the wind would pick up just in time to mess up Connie’s hair before I was able to snag the shot!  But regardless,  Connie and Jerry were great sports and a pleasure to work with!

They decided they wanted to do their session at Belle Grove Plantation,  the location of their daughter’s wedding this December.  I am REALLY looking forward to shooting Sarah and Chase’s wedding at this fantastic location!  But back to Connie and Jerry!  :)  We walked around the plantation and found several locations to take pictures.  The sun was just starting to set,  giving us great light!  I enjoy looking at these pictures so much because you can see that Connie and Jerry still have fun together and love each other very much after many years of marriage.  Couples like them,  my parents,  my grandparents,  all inspire me.  I love to see people that are in love!  :)

Part Two of Connie + Jerry’s Session will be on the blog tomorrow! :)
