I’m so thankful for all of my amazing couples. I read stories about “bridezillas” in wedding magazines, and occasionally hear about them from other wedding vendors, but I can honestly say that all of my brides (and grooms) have been nothing short of amazing to work with. I like to say that I’m the wedding photographer that specializes in awesome couples.

I absolutely love my job. Not long ago I left my day job to pursue photography full time and I not a day goes by where I’m so thankful that I’m able to do this. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure this isn’t all some dream. Is this what it feels like to really love what you do? I can totally get used to it!

I love everything about weddings. I love hearing about all of the amazing details that my clients spend hours planning. I “oooo” and “ahhhh” over the stunning wedding gowns I see in the bridal magazines and on Pinterest. I have a great time getting to know my couples while photographing their engagement sessions (and I love to give advice on things like planning wardrobe for such things). I love everything about the wedding day from styling and photographing the tiniest details, to the moments where I have to wipe the little tear that got away from behind the lens as I listen to their vows, to the belly laughs I get from the best man speeches… And when it’s all over I’m like a kid on Christmas Eve, waiting for that email to let me know the film scans are ready to share with the happy couple! I can honestly say I love my couples and I love my job.
