I figured today I would blog about something totally unrelated to photography! Why not!? One thing you may not know about me is that I love to ride along with my husband on his motorcycle. As a matter of fact Lee and I struck a deal years ago… I really wanted a DSLR camera and he really wanted a motorcycle. So we agreed to save up for our big purchases and BAM! Both of us were very excited to be the proud owners of our shiny new “toys.” Though I love riding along on the motorcycle, photography is still the bigger thrill for me. ;) Ok… It started out having nothing to do with photography, opps!

This is a photo that I took in my college film course. It is TriX film that I developed myself and then made an enlargement from the negative in the darkroom! Forgive the quality as I do not have a professional scanner at home, but I still love this photo anyway. I really enjoyed every minute of having a hand in the entire process and hope to one day have my own little dark room… One day! ;)
