MORE FOLIAGE
Don’t get me wrong I love flowers, and masses of them in a stunning bouquet! However, there is something so calming about the perfect mixture of garden foliages and vine with just the right amount of blooms.

FLORAL HEADPIECES
There is nothing more elegant and individual than a stunning floral piece for the beautiful bride to be. Whether it’s a halo, a flower tucked in a bun, or behind the ear, it’s a must for most brides this season.

BOLD COLORS
There are plenty of brides that would prefer a soft neutral palate this season. However, increasingly there are just as many that want bold color and textures for there bridal bouquets and centerpieces.

DRAMATIC DISPLAYS
As expected, every wedding boasts beautiful bouquets and centerpieces. In 2015, more brides are willing to go with less on their centerpieces to have a stunning mantel display or a floral faux wall or curtain. These displays not only are stunning in photographs, but are a great way to set the theme in a less dramatic space!

FLORAL DESIGNER & FARMER
Last but not least (and a trend that is sure stays around for many seasons to come!) I’m not just a “florist” I’m a gardener/ designer/flower grower born and raised in Loudoun County. Most of my brides this season have been drawn to the fact they know where there flowers come from. This “think local” movement started a few years ago and has been steadily growing and becoming an important part of a bride’s criteria. However, not every variety can be grown in the same region so there are some blooms that will always have to be ordered especially the more seasonal flowers. It means a lot when bride can trust their florist to grow and design for them. If your florist knows their blooms like they know their neighbors let’s just say you’re in good hands!
