My fine art film photography is available for purchase as encaustic painted photographs. Encaustic is one of the oldest forms of painting and it is a process by which a mixture of beeswax and resin are melted and poured, painted, or textured over a photographic print. Paints and other media can also be used to create the artwork. I use the wax to add depth, texture, and a more dream-like quality to my photographs.
