Figuring out a timeline for your wedding can be quite a task. As someone who has seen a lot of weddings, I can tell you that a relaxed timeline is an incredible stress-savor. I like to work closely with my clients on their timelines to ensure that there is a little extra time padded in. As a result I typically run a little ahead of schedule on a wedding day! This is perfect because it allows my clients to really take their time and not feel rushed.

A note about First Looks; I always promote first looks for many reasons. It is both beneficial from a photography perspective, but also from my client’s perspective. When my clients do a first look they are able to spend more time with their guests, attend cocktail hour, etc. rather than rushing through family and wedding party photos during cocktail hour. From a photography standpoint it’s really awesome to be able to document an intimate and emotional moment like this. It also allows couples the chance to have a few quiet moments together that they otherwise wouldn’t get!
