I know, I know… It’s the beginning of August! But I can’t help it…. Fall is my favorite season. I love the leaves turning color, football games, pumkin pie, fresh apple cider, the smell and feel of the crisp Virginia breeze, my leather boots and scarves… All of it is awesome. Plus, I’m super excited about the weddings I have coming up this fall! I’ve been blessed to work with great couples and I know this upcoming season isn’t going to be any different.

It’s not to say that I don’t love the Spring and Summer, because I do! I had a wonderful summer this year! I went to Charleston and saw my best friend Delaney (See Laney’s Photo Session Here). We took a family trip to Hilton Head Island (Check out the Photos from our Vacation Here). I also had the privilege of shooting some ridiculously beautiful weddings with the most amazing couples (A couple weddings are still to come in the Journal, Here). So as this summer begins to come to an end, I anxiously await the fall!

My husband Lee is also on the top of my “favorites” list. ;) Of course this is one of my favorite pictures of him, during my favorite season last year… Fitting for today’s “favorites” journal entry, don’t you think?
